Wow! It’s only Wednesday morning, and I already have 6 of the stores done! Must be time for a roundup post!
Here are the best deals in the Houston area, starting today. I still need to knock out Sellers Bros and Randalls, but this should get you going. What are you shopping for this week? I’m really not going to be buying much this week. We have a freezer full of food, and a pantry full, too… I’m thinking some fresh fruit for the kiddos, and maybe some stock up items.
Tide is cheap this week at CVS and at Kroger. I’d also like to rebuild my stockpiles of deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes, but I’ve been slacking. ALSO, one of my New Year’s Resolutions is to get back into the CVS groove. Walgreens program is confusing, in my opinion.

We’ll be eating from the stock for two weeks. This will help with the budget, but I do need shredded cheese, some produce and a few canned goods. Nothing major, but enough to round out some other meals that can be added to the menu.
Shredded cheese is always on my list. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear my kids ate it straight from the package.
