Kroger deals for Houston are a lot harder to come by after they stopped doubling and tripling coupons in April 2011. There are a few things worth looking at in this week’s ad. All coupons are face value. Their coupon policy also contains a clause about the manager’s discretion, and I have found that the managers at the Kroger on Spencer and Burke use it liberally (IE they use it when they feel like it, and especially if you’re getting a good deal).
