Menu Plan Monday – 3/5

Monday: Baked Penne with Chicken, Broccoli and Smoked Mozzarella. Cost is about $8.

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday! Cost is about $8 to feed everyone.

Wednesday: Beef tips and noodles, by request.

Thursday: I’ve got a rodeo shift, so it’s a crockpot night. Probably pulled pork sandwiches.

Friday: I’ll be at Paint the Rodeo Pink, watching the fabulous Reba McEntire, but the kids and husband still have to eat! Red beans and rice and cornbread, with sausage for the carnivores. Cost: $1.98 for two pounds of organic red kidney beans, $.60 for seasoning, $.40 for rice, $1 for homemade cornbread and about $2 for sausage. Total: about $6.00

Saturday: Roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy made from drippings, corn and rolls.

Sunday: Blogging with the Aeros night! Before the game, we’re going to load up on junk food!
