I spent all weekend in Dallas at Bloggy Boot Camp, courtesy of Champion Chevrolet. I am tired. My refrigerator is empty. But we’re going to kick it into high gear and get this party started!
Monday:I have some orzo pasta and I’ve never used it, never cooked with it, but when I’ve eaten it, it was yummy. So I’m going pinteresting (is that a verb?) for some lovely recipes. We’re also going to have chicken, broccoli, and something else. Eating junk food all weekend kicked my butt!
Tuesday: Pulled pork sandwiches and french fries and a salad. We were SUPPOSED to have pork loin last week, but it didn’t happen. We’ll try again. One of the sponsors of Bloggy Boot Camp was King’s Hawaiian. Oh my goodness. They made a white chocolate bread pudding that was to die for. Maybe that will be for dessert.
Wednesday: Spaghetti! Garlic Bread! Salad! Easy dinner! Cost is about $8 for spaghetti.
Thursday:Leftover night – I’ve got a Houston Bloggers meeting.
Friday:Breakfast for dinner. Eggs, bacon, biscuits.
Saturday:Fend for yourself.
Sunday:Grilling day! Yummy!
