Until Saturday, you can get a $10 gift card when you spend $50 on groceries at Target. As I’ve been waiting for the best deal, I’ve worked out my plan and I’m sharing it with you! This includes some things I forgot, some things that changed at the last minute, and some things that are just a good deal at Target.
1 Archer Farms Ham, approx 10 lbs – $25
2 Market Pantry Turkey Breasts, approximately 7 lbs each – $14 (they were signed at $1.19/lb but were marked $.99/lb)
1 gallon of milk – $2.68
1 bottle of Litehouse herbs – $3.50
1 can of cranberry sauce – $1
1 bag of gold potatoes – $3.50
Fresh rolls – $1.50
Coupons to use:
$10 GC when you spend $50 – GIVE THIS FIRST
I also have a $1/1 potato coupon that I got from a winetag.
Subtotal: $43.63 + $10 gc
THEN, use Cartwheel offers:
10% off Market Pantry Turkey
10% off Ham
5% off Market Pantry Milk
5% off Fresh Potatoes
This should deduct about $5, depending on the weight of your meat and the price of potatoes at your store.
Don’t forget your reusable bags! You should use at least 3 or 4 on this transaction, saving another $.15-$.20.
Subtotal: $38.43 + $10 gc
$1/1 SNAP rebate for turkey.
$.50/1 SNAP rebate for potatoes.
$.25/1 SNAP rebate for cranberries.
$.25/1 Checkout51 rebate for potatoes.
$.25/1 Ibotta rebate for milk
$.25/1 Ibotta rebate for cranberry sauce.
Final total: $35.93 + $10 GC, or $25.93, which is a savings of 49% when the gift card is factored in.
My usual goal is to save 60-70% at the store, but for a transaction of meat, milk, and veggies, I’ll take it!
Have you bought your turkey yet?
